Tag Solution: After assessing the risks involved, the best solution was to use the waterfed pole system from ground level using a boar bristle brush. No access problems. Due no Scaffold or Equipment hire the cost was drastically reduced.
Result: Job Completed in a few hours. Fantastic result at a fraction of the cost.

Job Description: To Clean Windows Inside and out on a monthly basis
Options: Clean all windows from harness points up to 4th floor. Use step ladders to access windows up to a height of 3 metres. Operator and public could be effected by use of ladders in confined space. Due to size of windows cleaning the outside is difficult from ledge and balcony.
Tag Solution: Clean all external windows using the reach and wash system. All internal windows accessed using an extending pole and traditional cleaning method. Pole is a low impact solution, Reach and was allows access from ground level eliminating harness access.
Customer Response : Even amidst stiff competition the job has been services for over 15 years. The Standard has been maintained and the results are consistent.
